At the moment, people are using Holaplex to create/mint NFTs. From there you should be able to move them into your wallet but I have not done so myself. Then you are able to list on DigitalEyes - just be aware that they have temporarily disabled buying non-verified NFTs because people were being scammed at a very high rate. Unsure how long they will have them disabled.
